Buy Cialis Together Tablets

Cialis Together Tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) which occurs when a man is unable to achieve or maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. These tablets contain tadalafil, which belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

The medication works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, which enables increased blood flow, ultimately resulting in an erection. It’s important to note that taking Cialis Together tablets alone will not produce an erection. Instead, sexual stimulation is required to activate the medication and achieve an erection.

Directions

Always take Cialis Together Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Take 1 tablet as needed, at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take more than 1 tablet a day. You can get an erection, when sexually stimulated, in 30 minutes and for up to 36 hours after taking one Cialis Together Tablet.

This medication is meant to be used before sexual activity and should not be used daily unless recommended by a healthcare professional. It's important to note that taking the medicine alone will not cause an erection. Sexual arousal is necessary for the medication to work.

It's also important to engage in foreplay with your partner, just as you would without the medication. Be patient and do not worry if you are not successful the first time, as it may take a few attempts. Only take 1 tablet per day, and if you feel the effect is too strong or too weak, speak with a Chemist4U pharmacist or your doctor. If you have taken the medication as directed and are still unable to achieve an erection, talk to a Chemist4U pharmacist or your doctor.

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED), sometimes referred to as impotence, is a common problem that many men face, but it’s more prevalent in men over the age of 40. Thankfully, it’s usually nothing to worry about – even so, it can be distressing.

It’s defined by the inability to achieve and maintain an erection long enough to have sex. All men likely experience erection problems at some point, especially if you’ve been drinking alcohol.

However, erectile dysfunction can also be caused by a side effect of certain medicines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and mental health conditions.

There are things you can do yourself to treat ED, like losing weight if you’re overweight, stopping smoking, exercising, eating healthily, and reducing stress and anxiety.

If these aren’t effective in resolving your erectile dysfunction, you may look to medication to help increase blood flow to the penis, like Cialis Together Tablets.

Age restrictions

Cialis Together Tablets are only suitable to be used on adult men aged 18 years and over.

Food and drink

Cialis Together Tablets can be taken with or without food and drink. However, grapefruit juice may affect how well Cialis Together Tablets will work and must be avoided.

Driving and machinery

Some men taking Cialis Together Tablets in clinical studies have reported dizziness. Do not drive or use machines until you know how this medicine affects you.

Alcohol

Drinking excessive alcohol can temporarily reduce your ability to get an erection. To get the maximum benefit from your medicine, you are advised not to drink large amounts of alcohol before sexual activity.

Do not take Cialis Together Tablets

Cialis Together Tablets may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other listed ingredients.

Cialis Together Tablets contain lactose. If you have an intolerance to some sugars, tell your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist before taking this medicine. Cialis Together Tablets contain sodium, however, it contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet, that is to say essentially ‘sodium free’.

Do not take these tablets if you have any of the following:

  • If you do not have an erection problem, as this medicine will not provide any benefit to you
  • If you take any medicines called nitrates or nitric oxide donors (such as glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate for the relief of chest pain or heart failure, or nicorandil, molsidomine or sodium nitroprusside), as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure
  • If you take amyl nitrite also known as “poppers” as recreational drugs, as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure
  • If you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a problem with your heart or blood vessels, such as recent heart attack (within the last 90 days) or stroke (within the last 6 months), unstable angina or severe cardiac failure
  • If you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • If you have ever had loss of vision because of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a condition described as “stroke of the eye”
  • If you take riociguat or other medicines belonging to a group called guanylate cyclase stimulators. These medicines are used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs secondary to blood clots)
  • If you have a deformed penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease)
  • Are a woman
  • Are under 18 years of age

Talk to your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have a heart problem or think you might have a heart problem, as sexual activity can put extra strain on your heart.
