What is Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Emollient Wash?
Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Emollient Wash is enriched with vitamin E and 100% pure oat oil, in addition to it being pH-balanced, unscented and free from soap and dyes. It’s clinically proven to cleanse and moisturise your baby’s skin for up to 24 hours and helps to soothe dry, sensitive skin or skin that’s prone to eczema and irritation, leaving skin feeling smooth, soft and healthy.
How to use this product
To use, squeeze the product onto your hands or onto a soft cloth and apply it to your baby’s skin, spreading it gently to create a foamy lather. Rinse thoroughly. To complete your baby’s skincare routine, moisturise them with Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Emollient Cream.
How often should you bathe your baby?
A newborn baby shouldn’t get too dirty, so there’s no need to bathe them every day - doing so can actually dry out their skin. As a general rule, you shouldn't bathe your baby more than 3 times per week, but you can reduce or exceed this amount if you wish - baby’s are unpredictable, after all. When your baby gets older, they will require more bathing as they explore and play, but this should increase naturally.
Why should babies use products specially formulated for them?
Products that aren’t designed for babies could damage their delicate skin, so it’s important to always look for products specially formulated for babies. Your baby’s skin is thin, delicate and prone to dryness more so than adult skin - fragrance, soap and alcohol shouldn’t be included in baby skincare products as it can irritate their skin, or may even induce an allergic reaction.
Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
