How long does a Wegovy bundle last?
Since each bundle contains two pens, it will two months of treatment.
Keep any unused pens refrigerated until their expiry date. Once you start using a pen, it can be kept at room temperature and used within 30 days.
Do I still need prescriptions for bundles?
Yes. When you’re nearing the end of your current bundle, simply complete a short reorder consultation so our clinicians can review your progress. We recommend placing your reorder around two weeks before your last dose to avoid any treatment gaps.
Are bundles available through the NHS?
No. The NHS currently does not offer Wegovy in bundle form.
Is a bundle suitable if I’m still increasing my dose?
If you’ve completed your starter dose and are tolerating Wegovy well, a step-up bundle can help you progress smoothly through your dosing schedule. It’s a convenient way to continue treatment safely without multiple consultations.

Be aware that:
- Any unused pens from your current medication will need to be safely discarded.
- You’ll need to wait until Wegovy is fully out of your system before beginning the new one (usually around 40 days, depending on your dosing schedule).

If you need to reduce your dose, contact your clinician before making any changes. You’ll need to start a consultation to request a lower strength and reorder treatment. If you still have unopened higher-dose pens, keep them in your fridge for future use, but check that they haven’t expired before using them again.
Can I get a refund if I don’t use my full bundle?
No. Refunds aren’t available for unused or partially used bundles once they’ve been dispensed.
Will I still get clinical check-ins while using a Wegovy bundle?
