What is Tiger Balm?

Say goodbye to muscle aches and pains with Tiger Balm Muscle & Tension Lotion. This pleasant-smelling, quick-drying and non-stain formula contains Tiger Balm’s unique, herbal infusion of ingredients to soothe your pain with a blend of cooling and heating sensations. With the easy-to-use applicator, you can even reach those tricky areas, like your shoulders and back.

How to use this product

This product is for external use only. If your symptoms don’t improve after a few weeks, seek medical advice. Using the applicator that’s able to reach even the trickiest of places, like your back, apply the lotion to the targeted area using the Tiger Balm applicator. Repeat as and when required for soothing, herbal relief.

How does Tiger Balm ease muscle tension?

Tiger Balm contains a unique blend of herbal ingredients that relieves sore and aching muscles. It works by creating a cooling and heating sensation that soothes the area after application. It contains a powerful formula of herbs and natural oils that work together to ease aches and pains in the muscles.

What causes muscles to ache?

It’s a myth that you need to be an athlete or frequent gym goer to suffer from muscle pain. Aches and pains in our muscles can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

  • Overuse or strain

  • Taking part in a physical activity

  • An injury such as a strain or sprain

  • Muscle tension

Most muscle pain is mild and not a cause for concern. You can treat mild muscle pain at home by resting the affected area, applying pain relief products or using hot/cold therapy. To avoid suffering with muscle pain in the future, ensure that you stretch properly before any exercise and use relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension.

When should this product not be used?

Do not use this lotion if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use this on open wounds or on inflamed and irritated skin. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
