Phenergan Elixir works by blocking a substance called histamine, which is created when your body has an allergic reaction. This provides relief to symptoms of allergic reaction, such as watery eyes and sneezing. Phenergan Elixir can also be used to aid those who suffer from insomnia, working directly on the brain to make you feel more relaxed.
