Adults and children over the age of 12, spray twice in each nostril, up to 2 times per day.
The spray is applied by holding the container upright. Place the nozzle just into each nostril and spray twice as you breath in.
Use the nasal decongestant spray to relieve symptoms associated with common colds, catarrh (discharge of build-up of mucus in the nose) and hayfever, including stuffy, blocked nose and congestion in sinuses.
You should not use nasal decongestant spray if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, including but not limited to oxymetazoline. Do not use this spray if you; are currently taking Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors, are currently taking beta-blockers for your heart or blood pressure, have glaucoma, have heart disease, have high blood pressure, have an overactive thyroid, have diabetes, have porphyria, have kidney or liver problems, have phaeochromocytoma, have had an operation to remove your pituitary gland, have inflamed skin or mucus membranes of your nostrils or are currently taking any other medicine to unblock your nose.

Yes, nasal decongestant spray (oxymetazoline hydrochloride) should not interact with alcohol. However, keep in mind that alcohol may worsen nasal congestion.
