What causes congestion?
Congestion, such as a blocked nose, is a common symptom of a couple of conditions. You may experience congestion when you’re suffering with a cold or the flu, or may find that you get a stuffy nose as a side effect of hay fever. It happens when the blood vessels in your nose become swollen due to irritation or illness, leaving you feel like your nose is blocked up and making it more difficult for you to breathe through the nose.

Olbas Bath Oil contains pure plant oils, including eucalyptus, which work to soothe a blocked nose. The vapours from this bath oil help to open your airways so you can breathe more easily and feel more comfortable.
