Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray is a treatment that helps to treat snoring and the cause of snoring, the throat. The active ingredient in this spray is phosphatidylcholine. Phosphatidylcholine is a chemical that is found in eggs as well as every single cell in the human body. It is used in the creation of acetylcholine, a vital chemical for the brain that helps with maintaining a memory. In this spray, it works by preventing vibrating in the muscles of the throat, a leading cause of snoring. It also keeps the throat lubricated in the night.


What causes snoring?

Snoring is a common condition that can affect anyone. The cause of snoring is vibrations as you breathe when sleeping. These vibrations occur most often in the throat and mouth and make breathing more difficult. Several conditions can contribute to the likelihood of snoring. These are:

  • Being overweight
  • Smoking
  • Drinking too much alcohol
