How should cushioned plasters be used?
Cushioned plasters are suitable for use on minor wounds, cuts and grazes.
Wash and gently dry the wound before applying the plaster.
If the plaster gets wet or dirty, remove the plaster and apply a new one.
Use a suitable size to protect the wound. The larger plasters may be more suitable for body parts such as feet, legs and arms, while smaller plasters may be more suitable for hands or fingers.
When should cushioned plasters be used?
Cushioned plasters are suitable for minor cuts and wounds. The padding provides extra cushioning and protects against dirt.
When should cushioned plasters not be used?
Do not use on bleeding wounds or cuts. Do not apply to dirty wounds or cuts that look infected.
Warnings:
Always consult your GP or pharmacist if the wound does not appear to heal as expected.
