How Numark Constipation Relief works

Numark Constipation Relief contains the ingredient bisacodyl, which is a laxative. It helps the muscles in your intestine to move stool so that you have a bowel movement.

Directions

Take 1-2 tablets at night. Swallow whole with water. These tablets should not be taken every day for more than 5 days.

Side effects

Common side effects may include: 

• Abdominal cramps 
• Diarrhoea 
• Nausea

Warnings

• Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are intolerant to certain sugars (this product contains lactose and sucrose), have severe dehydration, a blockage in your intestine, appendicitis, severe abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting, a blocked bowel or inflammation of the bowel or intestines
• If you are taking or have recently taken any medication, including medication obtained without a prescription, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking this product
• This product is not suitable for children under 10 years old
