The active substances per sachet are: paracetamol 1000mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 12,2mg. The other ingredients are: ascorbic acid, citric acid, sucrose, aspartame, sodium citrate, saccharin sodium, curcumin WD (contains curcumin (E100), Lactose, Polysorbate 80 (E433) and Silica (E551)), caster sugar and blackcurrant flavour.

I have always liked the Lemsip max Blackcurrant sachet drinks as they dont have a bitter taste. They are very good for coughs too and help with a sore throat. I have not been able to get Lemsip Max Blackcurrent for a while as it has not been in any shops so I may have to stock up. now I have found it again.
