Jungle Formula Extra Strong contains the active ingredient DEET, which has been approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as an insect repellent. This product contains 50% DEET, making it ideal for those who are travelling to countries that have high risk of insect transmitted diseases.
Can I use this product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
You should speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some products may not be safe for you and your baby, and a medical professional may need to suggest an alternative method of treatment. Also, the NHS recommends that those who are pregnant should avoid all non-essential travel to tropical areas or places where there is a high risk of diseases such as malaria, zika virus, or yellow fever.
Can I use this product if I am taking other medication?

How to use Jungle Formula Extra Strong
Apply a generous amount of Jungle Formula Extra Strong spray to all areas of skin that need protection, including lower arms and legs and the tops of feet. Be sure to cover any unprotected areas of skin with clothing. Do not spray directly onto face. Use Jungle Formula Extra Strong once a day and be sure to reapply after any activity that could make this product less effective, such as swimming or showering. Do not use with other products, such as sun lotions.
When should Jungle Formula Extra Strong not be used?
Jungle Formula Extra Strong is not suitable for use on children under the age of 12. For external use only, do not spray Jungle Formula Extra Strong directly onto face and avoid getting into contact with eyes or mouth. Avoid contact with food, lacquered surfaces, or plastics. Do not use Jungle Formula Extra Strong if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
