Apply every night after brushing your teeth, just before going to bed. Tilt your head backwards and spray Helps Stop Snoring Spray into back of throat three times. Spray three more times (maximum of 6 times a night) if required. For best results, do not eat or drink after using this product.
When should Helps Stop Snoring Spray not be used?
Do not use Helps Stop Snoring Spray if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product is not suitable for those who suffer with asthma. Helps Stop Snoring Spray is not a treatment for sleep apnoea. If you experience any pain or irritation while using this product, stop use right away.
