What is Germoloids Ointment?
Germoloids Ointment is an ointment that helps to treat haemorrhoids or piles by working directly on the affected area. It helps to soothe the area while shrinking swelling and relieving pain. Ideal for anyone suffering from irritation caused by haemorrhoids or piles.
What causes haemorrhoids or piles?
Nobody knows the exact cause for haemorrhoids, also known as piles. There are a couple of things that are thought to cause piles, the most common of which being straining too much when you use the toilet. You might do this when you’re suffering from constipation.
How does Germoloids Ointment treat haemorrhoids or piles?
Germoloids Ointment contains two active ingredients which work together to treat piles and ease your symptoms. The first is zinc oxide, which helps to shrink swelling and protects the affected area from further damage. The second is lidocaine, a local anaesthetic which helps to relieve pain while relieving symptoms of itching and irritation. Germoloids Ointment also acts as a lubricant, making it easier for you to pass a bowel movement.
How to use Germoloids Ointment
Wash your hands before and after using Germoloids Ointment. For external haemorrhoids, gently apply the ointment to the affected area. For internal haemorrhoids, use the included applicator nozzle to insert some Germoloids Ointment into the back passage. Clean nozzle after each use. Apply to the affected area at least twice a day, but do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours.
