What is Diprobase Ointment?

Diprobase Ointment is a moisturising treatment for eczema and other dry skin conditions. It moisturises and protects areas of dry, irritated skin, keeping moisture from escaping and drying your skin further. This ointment is perfect for use before a hot bath or shower, protecting your skin and keeping it from drying out.

What is eczema?

Eczema is a common skin condition which lots of people, especially children, suffer with. When you have eczema, you’ll notice patches or wider spread areas of dry, itchy, irritated skin, which are most commonly located on the hands, elbows, knees, face, or scalp. Some of the most common symptoms of eczema include:

  • Dry skin
  • Itching
  • Redness
  • Inflammation
  • Cracked skin

How will Diprobase Ointment soothe my eczema?

Diprobase Ointment works as an emollient, which means it forms a layer over the skin which keeps moisture from escaping. This helps to hydrate dry skin from within, soothing symptoms of eczema in the process.
