What is Clinitas Hydrate gel?

Clinitas Hydrate gel is a soothing treatment for dry, gritty feeling eye. It helps to lubricate your eye, easing dryness and relieving symptoms such as redness, soreness, and itching. Clinitas Hydrate carbomer gel can be used by those who wear contact lenses and is suitable for adults over the age of 18, perfect for those who suffer with dry eyes and need a reliable way to ease their discomfort.

Why do I have dry eyes?

There are many reasons why you may be experiencing dry eyes, as it’s a common issue that most people experience at least once. Some of the most common causes of dry eyes include:

  • Looking at screens for long periods of time without a break
  • Being over 50 years old
  • Dry, cold, dusty, or windy weather
  • Air conditioned or heated environments
  • Wearing contact lenses
  • Drinking alcohol
  • Smoking
  • Certain medications and medical conditions

How will carbomer gel help to soothe my dry eyes?

Clinitas Hydrate gel includes the active ingredient carbomer, which is a type of product called “artificial tears”. This means it hydrates your dry eyes by mimicking how your natural tears act, hydrating your eyes without causing further irritation. This added hydration helps to reduce the gritty, sore feeling as well as other uncomfortable symptoms you experience when your eyes are dry.

Can I use Clinitas Hydrate gel if I wear contact lenses?

You can use contact lenses while you’re using this gel, but you’ll need to be careful about when you insert them. If you wear contact lenses then you should remove them before using this gel. Wait 15 minutes after using this product before inserting your contact lenses again.
