Buy Canesten Thrush Pessary
Canesten Thrush Pessary is a full course of treatment for vaginal thrush. It is an effective single dose pessary with applicator which goes straight to the sight of the infection and treats vaginal thrush.
How Canesten Thrush Pessary works
Canesten Thrush Pessary contains the active ingredient of clotrimazole. Clotrimazole belongs to a group of medicines called azoles and is an antifungal agent which fights the cause of infections.
Always use Canesten Thrush Pessary exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.
To use Canesten Thrush Pessary, remove the applicator from the packaging and pull out the plunger from the applicator.
Remove the pessary from the foil blister pack and place it into the open end of the applicator with the curved edge of the pessary facing down. Push the plunger and lock into the applicator until you feel a click. Once you feel the click, remove the lock from the plunger.
Carefully insert the applicator as deep as comfortable into the vagina. Hold the applicator at the patterned grip zone. Carefully push the plunger all the way until it stops to dispense the vaginal pessary.
Remove the applicator and dispose of it in a safe place.
Like all medicines, Canesten Thrush Pessary may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:
- Itching, rashes, swelling, redness, discomfort, burning, irritation, vaginal peeling, discharge or bleeding
- Pain in the abdominal area or vulvovaginal pain
If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
