What are BioGaia Protectis Baby Drops?

BioGaia Protectis Baby Drops are a high quality probiotic food supplement that supports your baby’s gut health from the very first days of life. It contains patented lactic acid bacterium that’s clinically proven to help good microorganisms maintain a natural balance in the gut. BioGaia Protectis Baby Drops are one of the safest and most clinically studied probiotics in infants that are safe for long-term use.

How to use this product

Always take BioGaia Protectis Baby Drops exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Use 5 drops daily. Before use, shake well for 10 seconds to mix together the bacteria culture with the oil. Dispense the drops onto a spoon and administer. Do not add to hot food, hot drinks or give directly from the bottle into the mouth as it may reduce the quality of the product. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

How do probiotics work?

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that can help with various problems. They're usually added to yoghurts or taken as food supplements, and are often described as ‘good’ or ‘friendly’ bacteria. Probiotics are believed to restore the natural balance of bacteria in your gut (including your stomach and intestines) when it's been disrupted by an illness or treatment.
