What is Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil?

Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil is made from naturally derived ingredients and is clinically proven to help improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and even wrinkles. This unique formulation contains 14 natural oils that easily absorb into the skin.

How to use this product

Massage Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil into your skin in a circular motion until fully absorbed. The recommended application is twice per day, for a minimum of three months. To prevent stretch marks during pregnancy, start using Bio-Oil from the start of your first trimester until after birth. For maximum absorption, apply Bio-Oil to cleansed skin. Do not mix Bio-Oil with other products.

How does Bio-Oil help stretch marks?

Stretch marks are harmless, but you might not like how they look. Bio-Oil combines natural plant oils and vitamins to help improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Plant oils are traditionally used to enhance the appearance of the skin, while vitamins support your skin’s health, making this a great skincare combination.

What causes stretch marks?

Stretch marks are long, thin lines that can be red or purple in colour, and white once they’ve faded. They develop on areas such as the hips, abdomen, breasts, and buttocks, but they can appear almost anywhere on the body. They appear where there has been weight gain or loss and the skin has been stretched, like during pregnancy.

When should this product not be used?

Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil should not be applied to an open wound or broken skin. Only use Bio-Oil on a scar once the surface of the skin has completely healed.
