What is Benylin Mucus Cough?

Benylin Mucus Cough is a syrup that works to relieve the effects of a mucus cough. By thinning the mucus that is trapped in the airways, it makes it easier to remove it and reduce a cough. There are two active ingredients in these tablets that works to provide relief. These are:

  • Guaifenesin
  • Levomenthol

Guaifenesin is an expectorant that reduces the thickness of the mucus, making it easier to remove. Levomenthol is a decongestant that helps you to breathe easier by reducing the thickness of the blood vessels.
