Buy Syncrodin (Melatonin) Tablets
Syncrodin Tablets are used to treat jet lag in adults. Signs of jet lag include insomnia, daytime tiredness, fatigue, mental fog, irritability and digestive problems like indigestion, nausea and constipation.
How Syncrodin (Melatonin) Tablets works
Syncrodin Tablets contain 3mg of the active ingredient melatonin, a hormone produced by the body that synchronizes your biological day-and-night rhythm. This biological rhythm can be disturbed by travelling across time zones, a condition known as jet lag.
The symptoms and severity vary between individuals, but they are generally worse and last longer when multiple time zones are crossed. Syncrodin Tablets can help restore the normal day-and-night rhythm and reduce the symptoms.
Directions
Always take Syncrodin Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. The recommended dose for adults is 1 tablet daily for a maximum of 5 days. If this is not effective, 2 tablets can be taken simultaneously.
The first dose should be taken on arrival at your destination at your usual bedtime. The intake on the following days should also be at your usual bedtime. Tablet(s) should not be taken before 20:00 pm or after 04:00 am.
Syncrodin tablets should be swallowed whole with water or other liquid (e.g. milk, fruit juice). Food should not be consumed 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking Syncrodin Tablets.
Syncrodin Tablets may be taken for a maximum of 16 treatment periods per year. For more information on dosage instructions, please refer to the patient information leaflet provided.

Like all medicines, Syncrodin Tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects may include headaches and drowsiness.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Syncrodin Tablets are not recommended if you are pregnant. Melatonin crosses the placenta, and there is insufficient information on the risk this may pose to the unborn child. If you are a woman of childbearing age, you must use contraception while taking this product. Syncrodin Tablets are not recommended if you are breastfeeding. Melatonin is excreted in human milk, and a risk to the breastfed infant or child cannot be excluded. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine.
Food
Syncrodin Tablets should not be taken with food.
Alcohol
As alcohol can impair sleep and potentially worsen certain symptoms of jet lag (e.g. headaches, morning fatigue, concentration), it’s recommended that alcohol is not consumed while taking this medicine.
Driving and operating machinery
Syncrodin Tablets may cause drowsiness and may decrease alertness for several hours. Therefore, this medicine should not be taken prior to driving or using machinery. Only drive or use machinery once you feel well enough to do so.
Fertility risks
