Sominex Herbal Tablets may make you feel drowsy, so do not drive or operate machinery or tools unless you are sure that you are not affected in this way.
Can I drink alcohol while I’m taking these tablets?
Do not drink alcohol when using Sominex Herbal Tablets as the sedative effect of this medication may be increased.
Can I take these tablets if I’m taking other medication?
Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are taking any other medication, including those you obtained without a prescription. This will help you to be sure that the two products are safe to use together. You should not take Sominex Herbal Tablets if you are already taking another medication for sleep or anxiety.
How to take Sominex Herbal Tablets
Take 2 Sominex Herbal Tablets one hour before you intend to go to bed. Swallow the tablets with water and do not chew. The effects of these tablets may not occur right away, so for best results make sure to take this product continuously for 2-4 weeks. If you do not see any improvement to your symptoms after four weeks of using Sominex Herbal Tablets, speak to your doctor.
When should Sominex Herbal Tablets not be used?
Sominex Herbal Tablets should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you are allergic to hop strobile, valerian, passionflower, or any of the other listed ingredients. This product is for temporary use only, and should not be used for more than 4 weeks without consulting a doctor, pharmacist, or qualified medical professional.
