What are Sominex Herbal Tablets?

Sominex Herbal Tablets are an herbal remedy that can be used for short-term insomnia. Just 2 tablets a day will help you to drift off into a restful sleep, so you can ease your insomnia and feel calmer and more rested. They’re perfect for those suffering with jet lag or other short-term conditions which can prevent you from getting enough sleep.

Are Sominex Herbal Tablets right for me?

If you’re looking for a short-term herbal remedy that will relieve your insomnia, Sominex Herbal Tablets could be the ideal product for you. Sominex Herbal Tablets contain a blend of natural ingredients which reliably relieve sleepless nights, as based on traditional use. Not only will these tablets relieve temporary insomnia, but they work to promote a feeling of calm, leaving you feeling relaxed and rested.

What is insomnia?

When you have insomnia, you will struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep at night. Everyone suffers through the occasional sleepless night, but if you regularly struggle to get a full night’s sleep, you may have insomnia. When you don’t get enough sleep on a regular basis, you can become irritable and exhausted, and may struggle to concentrate on everyday tasks.

How will this product relieve my symptoms?

Sominex Herbal Tablets contain three key ingredients which help to tackle temporary insomnia and sleep disturbances. The first of these natural active ingredients is hops strobile, which has been used traditionally to help people to drift off to sleep. The other active ingredients are valerian root extract and passion flower, which are traditionally used to calm your nerves and help to relieve symptoms of insomnia. The combination of these three herbal remedies is designed to help you to get a peaceful night’s sleep.

Lying awake at night staring at the ceiling, tossing and turning, and counting more sheep than you ever thought you’d see in your life? You’re not alone.

Lots of people are up all night struggling with insomnia, so today we’re going to take a look at what insomnia is and why so many of us can’t seem to get those 8 hours of sleep we really need.

Our studies show that just 24% of people get the NHS recommended 7-8 hours sleep a night. With a range of factors keeping us up such as stress, partners, noise and caffeine - It’s time to switch up our sleeping habits, as not getting enough Z’s every night can alter our bodies’ much-needed nightly reboot and affect our brain’s capability to problem-solve. We surveyed 2,000 UK-based respondents on questions relating to their sleeping habits.

If you’ve ever lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, wondering why you can’t just fall asleep, and stressing over how many hours of potential sleep you have left until your alarm clock goes off, then you’ve probably considered taking sleeping tablets.

This is why we’re going to take a look at the different kinds of sleeping pills, which one could be the best for you, and why getting to sleep is not just as simple as taking a pill before bedtime.
