Numark Menopause Tablets contain a range of vitamins and minerals which can help to support your body during menopause. This includes vitamin B2, which helps to maintain healthy skin, eyes, and hair, Vitamin B6, which helps to regulate your hormones and helps your body to use stored energy. They also contain vitamins B1 and B3 (Niacin), which work together with other B vitamins to support your normal energy levels, and vitamin E to help protect your cell membranes and work as an antioxidant.

How to take these tablets
Take one Numark Menopause Tablet every day with food. Swallow with water or another cool drink if necessary.

Numark Menopause Tablets are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to soya or any of the other listed ingredients. This product is a food supplement and should not be used in place of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
