Nelsons Teetha Natural Teething Granules are a traditional herbal medicine used to help relieve your child’s teething pain.

The teething powder also helps with the symptoms associated with teething such as sore and tender gums, flushed cheeks and dribbling.

Nelsons Granules are convenient and easy to use. They come in single dose sachets. You and your little one can say goodbye to sleepless nights and hello to a peaceful sleep.

Directions

Children aged 3-6 months

Using a spoon, slowly give your baby half a sachet at the front of their mouth. Ensure that the granules are fully dissolved before giving them the remaining half. 

Children over 6 months 

Slowly pour the contents of the sachet into the front of your child’s mouth. Only give them a little bit at a time. Make sure that the granules fully dissolve in their mouth. 

Side effects

Like all products, Nelsons Teetha Natural Teething Granules may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. 

If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

Warnings

If your child experiences an allergic reaction after using this product, discontinue use and speak to your GP or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice. 

Only use 1 sachet every 2 hours. Don’t exceed the maximum dose of 6 sachets in a 24 hour period.

Do not give the granules to your baby if they are lactose intolerant.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
