What is My Expert Midwife No Harm Nipple Balm For Breastfeeding?

My Expert Midwife No Harm Nipple Balm For Breastfeeding provides instant relief and protection for breastfeeding mums. This midwife developed, mum approved balm provides fast relief and protection from sore and cracked nipples when breastfeeding.

This multi-award winning balm is 100% naturally derived, intensively moisturising, and is a rich but thin serum that glides on easily and doesn’t drag sore and sensitive nipples. It contains only 3 ingredients including medical grade lanolin for a protective barrier, coconut oil to moisturise and sweet almond oil for nourishment.

Better yet, it’s tasteless and odourless, so there’s no need to wipe this nipple cream off before feeding and it’s safe to use from day one of breastfeeding. This multipurpose balm can also be used to soothe dry and chapped lips or any other skin on the body.

How to use this product

To use My Expert Midwife No Harm Nipple Balm For Breastfeeding, apply immediately before and after breastfeeding, and reapply as often as required. Dispense a small amount onto your nipple and gently massage in – a little goes a long way!

How long should I breastfeed?

It’s recommended that you exclusively breastfeed your baby until they’re around six months old. From six months, you can continue to breastfeed your baby alongside solid foods for as long as you like.

Can you breastfeed and use formula?

While breastfeeding is the most beneficial option for your baby, a combination of formula and breastmilk is a safe option too. You may wish to combine breastfeeding with formula if you:

  • Are breastfeeding and want to use a bottle to offer your baby some expressed breast milk

  • Want to breastfeed for some of your baby's feeds, but give bottles of formula for 1 or more feeds

  • Are bottle feeding your baby and want to start breastfeeding

  • Need to leave your baby and want to make sure they have some milk while you're away

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
