Melatonin Tablets are used alone for the short-term treatment of insomnia (especially in those over the age of 55) and jet lag.
Those with insomnia may have persistent difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep, or getting good-quality sleep; while those with jet lag may also experience tiredness, difficulty staying awake during the day, and other symptoms such as indigestion, nausea and constipation.
How Melatonin works
These tablets contain 2mg of the active ingredient melatonin, which interacts with the receptors in the body to promote sleep.
When you take Melatonin Tablets, you supplement your body's natural supply of this hormone. This supplementation can help you to fall asleep more easily and improve the quality of your sleep.
Directions
