Buy Melatonin Tablets

Melatonin Tablets are used alone for the short-term treatment of insomnia (especially in those over the age of 55) and jet lag.

Those with insomnia may have persistent difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep, or getting good-quality sleep; while those with jet lag may also experience tiredness, difficulty staying awake during the day, and other symptoms such as indigestion, nausea and constipation.

How Melatonin works

These tablets contain 2mg of the active ingredient melatonin, which interacts with the receptors in the body to promote sleep.

When you take Melatonin Tablets, you supplement your body's natural supply of this hormone. This supplementation can help you to fall asleep more easily and improve the quality of your sleep.

Directions

Always take Melatonin Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.

Take one tablet daily after food and 1-2 hours before bedtime. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water if needed. The tablet should not be crushed or cut in half. You may continue taking these tablets for up to thirteen weeks.
