What are Durex Fetherlite condoms?

Durex Fetherlite condoms are ultra-thin condoms designed to keep you safe without sacrificing your sensitivity. They’re 20% thinner than the average condom, dermatologically tested, and lubricated for the ultimate comfort, so you can concentrate on other, much more exciting things in your most intimate moments.

Why should I use condoms during sex?

Condoms aren’t just a very effective method of contraception, they’re the only way to protect yourself from STIs when you’re having sex. They can protect from chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, and other STIs too, so if you want to be smart and safe, make sure you wear a condom!

Are Durex Fetherlite condoms the right choice for me?

Durex Fetherlite are perfect for those who find that regular condoms are uncomfortable or reduce their sensitivity. If you want to be safe, but don’t want to lose out on a sensational sex life, these ultra-thin condoms could be the perfect choice for you.

What size are these condoms?

Durex Fetherlite condoms are 205mm or 8.07 inches long when fully unrolled, so it will fit most men easily. The nominal width of these condoms is 56mm or 2.2 inches, so they’ll fit most men comfortably, even if they find most regular condoms to be a little too snug.

Are thin condoms more likely to break than regular ones?

Thinner condoms are not more likely to break than regular condoms. This is because all condoms have to be tested to make sure they meet international quality standards before they’re allowed to be sold. Durex condoms go through extensive quality testing before they’re sold, making sure that they don’t just meet, but exceed, quality standards.

Can I use these condoms for all types of sex?

Durex Fetherlite condoms can be used for all types of sex, including vaginal, anal, and oral. However, you should remember to read the information leaflet that comes with these condoms before using them for oral or anal sex. If you have more than one type of sex in one session, remember to change the condom when you change the type of sex you’re having, for example, if you switch from oral to vaginal sex. Use each condom only once.

How effective are these condoms?

When used properly, condoms are 98% effective at preventing pregnancy. This means that if 100 women had sex using condoms as their only contraception then only 2 of them would become pregnant. Of course, if you use other methods of contraception as well as condoms, like the pill or the implant, your chances of falling pregnant will only get lower.

When should this product not be used?

Do not use this product if you are allergic to latex. If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist if irritation persists. Read the information leaflet that comes with this product before use.

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place which is out of direct sunlight. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
