What are the benefits of taking a multivitamin?

A multivitamin is an ideal solution if you’re unsure what nutrients your body needs as they contain different types of vitamins in one tablet. Although supplements should never be used in place of a healthy, balanced diet, they can support you if you’ve realised you’re lacking in certain nutrients and you’re working on making positive changes to your diet.

What vitamins & minerals are included in Pharmaton Advance Multivitamin and Mineral Capsules?

Each capsule contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals to support you. Iron and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function, while B vitamins help to reduce fatigue and support normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Is Pharmaton Advance Multivitamin and Mineral Capsules suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before taking any new supplements.
