What is Orovite High Potency B & C Vitamin Tablets?

Orovite High Potency B & C Vitamin Tablets are a strong formulation of B and C vitamins that can help to replace lost vitamins during convalescence after illness, restricted diets and skipped meals or after demanding physical work. The high potency formula contains 7 vitamins which can help to support the natural function of our bodies and can help to supplement a balanced diet.

Why is it important to include vitamins and minerals in our diet?

Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that our bodies require in order to work. Our bodies need a range of different vitamins and minerals to support different functions within our body, so they can work at an optimum level. It is so important that our diet is balanced and contains a variety of vitamin and minerals in order to keep us healthy.

What are multivitamins?

Normal supplement tablets typically contain just one vitamin or mineral, whereas multivitamins contain a blended formula of different vitamins and minerals which help to support different needs. Sometimes it isn’t always possible to receive all the vitamins and minerals our bodies require from our diet alone, so taking supplements such as multivitamins can help us to include any vitamins and minerals that are missing in our diet. Some people with allergies, specialist dietary requirements, those who are pregnant or elderly, may not be receiving all the nutrients that their bodies need from their food alone, so it can be beneficial to take a vitamin or multivitamin supplement to ensure your body is receiving everything it needs to work at its best and avoid illnesses and health problems that are related to low nutritional intakes.

How does Orovite High Potency B & C Vitamin Tablets help to support your diet?

Orovite can help support your body, especially if nutrition has been lost due to missing meals, convalescence (recovery after illness or medical treatment). The high-potency formula contains a range of 7 vitamins that can help to replace vitamins lost or not included in your diet. The vitamins included in these multivitamin tablets include:

  • Vitamin C – can help to support cell health, skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage and wound healing
  • Vitamin B1 – can help to support energy production from food and support the nervous system
  • Vitamin B2 – can help to support healthy skin and eyes
  • Vitamin B3 – can facilitate energy release
  • Vitamin B6 – can help the body to use and store energy from food and can help haemoglobin production
  • Folic Acid – can help the body to form healthy red blood cells and reduce the risk of health conditions like spina bifida in unborn babies.
