Healthspan Zinc & Vitamin C Tablets are a food supplement ideal for people who want to safeguard their immunity, fertility, bones and overall wellbeing in one vegan, easy to swallow tablet. Zinc is also particularly beneficial for vegetarians and vegans, as most of its dietary sources are from meat, shellfish or dairy products. 

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one tablet per day, swallowed whole with water. Storage information

Store out of sight and reach of children away from direct sunlight. Do not use this supplement after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
