What is the Answer One Step Pregnancy Test Kit (2 Tests)?

This Answer One Step Pregnancy Test provides you with easy-to-read and accurate results that you can trust. Better yet, you can get your results in as little as one minute! This product contains two pregnancy tests.

How to use this product

Always use this Answer One Step Pregnancy Test exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. If you’ve missed your period or are showing pregnancy-like symptoms, it’s always a good idea to take a pregnancy test.

To use, first remove the lid and place the absorbent tip directly under your urine stream for 5 seconds, being cautious not to wet the remainder of the strip, especially the display window. Wait three minutes until your results show. If one line shows it means you’re probably not pregnant, and two meaning you’re likely to be pregnant.

How can I increase my chances of conceiving?

If you’re trying for a baby, there are things you can do that can increase your chances of conceiving. You should aim to have sex around the time that you’re ovulating (about 12 - 16 days before your period starts, but you can take an ovulation test for a more accurate reading) or every 2 - 3 days. Try to maintain a healthy weight, stop smoking, reduce your alcohol intake and take a folic acid supplement each day.

Can you have a false reading on a pregnancy test?

It’s possible to have a positive reading on a pregnancy test even if you aren’t pregnant - this is why it’s advised to wait at least a week after your period was due to have the most accurate reading.

A false positive may be because of a chemical pregnancy, where the egg is unable to implant very early on; an ectopic pregnancy, a recent miscarriage or abortion, and certain medicines or medical conditions. It’s best to get your pregnancy confirmed by a medical professional before accepting the news to avoid any disappointment.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
