How to use this product

This product is for a weight-controlled diet. The XLS diet can only achieve the desired results as part of an energy-restricted diet which must include other types of food. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are a basic requirement for good health.

Shake the pouch before opening. First, pour 300ml of skimmed milk into a glass or shaker, followed by 25g (approx. 3 slightly heaped measuring spoons) of XLS Active Shape Strawberry powder. Stir the mixture well or use a shaker to mix it. Make sure you drink enough liquid (2L per day).
