What is Healthspan Love Your Immunity?

Healthspan Love Your Immunity is a pack of three essential supplements designed to support your immune system. The three supplements include vegan vitamin D3, elderberry complex and lactose-free live pro cultures (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis). 

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one vegan vitamin D tablet, one elderberry complex tablet and one live pro cultures capsule per day, swallowed whole with water. These can be taken at the same time or as a divided dose. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. These capsules are not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

How do these supplements help the immune system?

Vegan vitamin D3: Each tablet provides 25 micrograms of vitamin D3 from a plant-based source (algae). Vitamin D protects the immune system whilst maintaining healthy bones, teeth and muscle function. 

Elderberry complex: This tablet contains black elderberries that are packed with antioxidants and vitamins which will boost your immune system (zinc, vitamin B12 and vitamin C). These nutrients can support normal nervous system function whilst reducing tiredness and fatigue. 

Live pro cultures: Each lactose-free capsule contains five well-researched strains of probiotics, designed to provide your body with ‘good’ bacteria that can fight off any ‘bad’ bacteria and help you to feel better. 

When should these capsules not be used? 

Healthspan Love Your Immunity will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects? 

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking Healthspan Love Your Immunity. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately. 

If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

Storage information

Store out of sight and reach of children away from direct sunlight. Do not use this supplement after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
