How to use this product
Always use BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Spray exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. To use, spray 5-10 times around the body and massage it into the skin. Using this spray after a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2-3 sprays of BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Spray to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
What are the benefits of magnesium?
A powerful mineral, magnesium is responsible for 325 chemical reactions inside the body, in addition to it supporting calcium absorption, maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal psychological function, and healthy functioning of the nervous system. When should this product not be used?

Storage information
