Who should use Kalms Night?

Kalms Night are suitable for all adults who are suffering from sleep disorders, however Kalms sleep is particularly suitable for women who are going through menopause. It helps to combat symptoms of menopause, such as flushing and night sweats, as well as relieving anxiety and insomnia.

 

Can I drive after using this product?

Kalms Night is a natural sedative, so do not drive or operate machinery or tools after using this product. The sedative effect of this product could make driving or using machinery very unsafe.

 

Can I drink alcohol if I am taking these tablets?

You should not drink alcohol while you are taking this product, as alcohol can increase the sedative effect of these tablets. This can make it difficult to manage and could potentially be dangerous.

 

Can I use this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

You should not use Kalms Night Tablets if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Always remember to speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking any medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, so you can be sure that the product is safe for you and your baby.

 

Can I use this product if I’m taking other medication?

You should speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking any other medication, including those you got without a prescription. This especially applies to medications which make you drowsy. Some medications can interact, causing unwanted effects or making your medicine less effective.

 

How to use Kalms Night

Take four Kalms sleep tablets with a glass of water thirty minutes to an hour before you go to bed. On following nights, take four more tablets earlier in the evening if you find that you need them. The effects of this product may not be immediate, so for best results it is recommended that you use this product continuously for 2-4 weeks. This pack contains 50 96 mg tablets.

 

When should Kalms Night Tablets not be used?

Kalms Night tablets are not suitable for use by anyone under the age of 18 years old. Do not use this product if you are allergic to valerian root or any of the other listed ingredients. If your symptoms do not improve or get worse after 4 weeks, please consult your doctor. If you take more Kalms than recommended, seek medical advice immediately.

 

Does this product have side effects?

Like all medications, Kalms Night Tablets can have side effects, although not everyone will get them. These side effects include:

  • nausea
  • stomach cramps
