How can I become dehydrated?
There are many ways your body can become dehydrated, leaving you searching for a way to give your body the water it so desperately needs. Some of the most common causes of hydration are:

- Heatstroke
- Sweating from exercise
- Too much alcohol
- Taking medicines which make you use the bathroom

How will these tablets work to rehydrate me?
ORS Hydration Tablets contain a specially designed formula of salts, glucose, and essential minerals. These work together to help your body to boost its hydration levels, correcting electrolyte imbalance and increasing fluid absorption in the process.
How to take ORS Hydration Tablets.
For adults and children over the age of 6, dissolve 2 ORS Hydration Tablets in 200ml of water, stirring if necessary. Drink the solution right away. If you want to use ORS Hydration Tablets as a sports drink, dissolve 1 – 2 tablets in 500ml of water and drink during or after exercise. When should ORS Hydration Tablets not be used?
ORS Hydration Tablets are not suitable for use by those under the age of 3. Do not use ORS Hydration Tablets if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product should not be used by those who have intestinal obstruction (blocked bowel), or liver or kidney problems. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using ORS Hydration Tablets if you:
- Have diabetes
- Are on a low sodium diet
- Are on a low potassium diet
