Biotin, selenium, and zinc work together to support maintenance of normal hair, where selenium and zinc also help to support your nails. Meanwhile, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Biotin, Riboflavin, and Niacin help to support maintenance of your skin.

How to take Valupak Hair Nails & Skin Vitamins
Take one Valupak Hair Nails & Skin Vitamin tablet every day. Take with food or with a sip of water or another cool drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Valupak Hair Nails & Skin Vitamins not be used?
Valupak Hair Nails & Skin Vitamins are not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product is a food supplement and should not be used in place of a healthy lifestyle or balanced diet.
