What is the Profoot Soft Gel Tube?

The Profoot Soft Gel Tube is a protective covering which is ideal for protecting your fingers and toes. If you have a sore finger or toe that is being irritated by friction or pressure, the Profoot Soft Gel Tube can help to relieve irritation, giving your toe or finger time to heal.

Why would I need a toe protector?

There are a number of reasons why your toes or fingers could use a little extra protection. For example, if you’re suffering with a painful corn, extra protection from friction could help the corn to heal. Toe protectors are also ideal for those who suffer with hammer toe or bent or over-lapping toes, relieving pressure so the toe can heal at its own pace.

How will this product protect my sore toes?

The gel cushioning layer in your Profoot Soft Gel Tube helps to protect your toe or finger from pressure and friction. The wrap-around protection ensures that every part of your toe is covered and protected at all times. Profoot Soft Gel Tubes also contain soothing medical grade mineral oil, which helps to soften the skin. This helps to relieve dry skin and corns while also softening cuticles.

How to use this Profoot Soft Gel Tube.

Before using your Profoot Soft Gel Tube, trim it to the required length using sharp scissors. Then simply slide the Profoot Soft Gel Tube over your toe or finger. Do not wear this product for more than 18 continuous hours. If you would like to wash your Profoot Soft Gel Tube, use water and mild soap to do so. Allow to air dry. If the gel in the tube has worn down, replace your tube.

When should the Profoot Soft Gel Tube not be used?

If you are diabetic or suffer with circulatory problems, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using the Profoot Soft Gel Tube or any other kind of foot care product. If you experience any pain, numbness, or irritation while using this product, stop use immediately. Do not use your Profoot Soft Gel Tube as a bandage on broken skin. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

This was cheap and it stays on my toe. The foam ones don't stay on so well but are more comfortable. You have to decide what is most important to you.
