The Freestyle Libre Two Sensor - Pack of 4 is the perfect answer to continuous glucose monitoring. It can provide diabetics with 14 days of accurate results without the need to draw blood.
It features an optional real-time alarm that lets you know if your glucose levels become too low or high. If you are looking for a simple way to monitor your blood glucose then this product is ideal for you.
The pack will ensure that you are covered for two months as each sensor has the ability to monitor your glucose levels for two weeks.
Directions
The first thing you need to do is download and set up the app. Once you have set up the app on your smartphone you can apply the sensor.
Wash the area where you want to apply the sensor. Once dried, unscrew the cap of the sensor applicator and put it to one side. Place the sensor applicator over your arm. Push down firmly to put the sensor onto the back of your upper arm. Listen for the click and wait for a few seconds. Gently and slowly pull the sensor applicator away from your arm.
Although you can wear the sensor at all times if must be taken off for the following medical scans:
- MRI
- CT scan
- Diathermy treatment
- X-ray
