What are Scholl Blister Shield Plasters?

Scholl Blister Shield Plasters are designed to protect your blister as it heals. If you suffer from painful and irritating blisters, these plasters can provide relief from pain and discomfort whenever you need it. This pack contains three different sizes of plasters, so you can choose the best one to suit your needs.

What are blisters?

If your skin has been damaged, fluid can rush to the area, forming a pocket of fluid in your skin which tries to protect the area as it heals. This is called a blister. Some of the most common causes of blisters are:

  • Burns
  • Scalds
  • Chemical irritation
  • Friction or rubbing
  • Allergic reaction

How will these plasters protect my blisters?

Scholl Blister Shield Plasters use Scholl’s Hydra-Guard technology, hydrating your blister and keeping your skin flexible as it heals while providing protection. The protective shield of the plaster guards your blister from friction and rubbing that can cause blisters in the first place, easing your pain and irritation.

What is included in this pack?

This product contains 5 Scholl Blister Shield plasters in the following sizes:

  • Large plasters x 2
  • Small plasters x 2
  • Toe plaster x 1

Can I use this product if I have diabetes?

These plasters are not suitable for those who have diabetes or poor blood circulation. If you’re suffering from blisters, ask your doctor or pharmacist to recommend a more suitable product for you.

How to use these blister plasters

Before using your Scholl Blister Shield Plasters, make sure the affected area is clean, dry, and free from creams or oils. Remove the first backing film from your plaster and place adhesive side down over your blister. Remove the second backing film using the yellow tab provided, smooth adhesive edge over your skin to apply. Leave the plaster in place until it begins to fall away naturally.

When should Scholl Blister Shield Plasters not be used?

Only use each plaster once. Do not use as a bandage for broken skin or on open or infected wounds. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes or other sensitive areas. If you experience any pain, irritation, or discomfort while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist if irritation persists.

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
