What are Hashmats A-Z Multivitamins?

Hashmats A-Z Multivitamins supplements are 100% HMC halal-certified, in addition to being completely free from nuts, alcohol, pork and any artificial flavours or preservatives, so you can take this little tablet of goodness with confidence. Multivitamins are a great option if you have a busy working or sports lifestyle, which might make it difficult for you to maintain your optimum health. That’s where these vitamins come in to give you a helping hand. They support your immune system, boost your energy, and help you to maintain the health of your eyes, bones, skin and brain.

What is HMC halal?

HMC stands for the Halal Monitoring Committee, which is a non-profit organization that certifies halal products to ensure they comply with the Islamic dietary law, in addition to the UK laws for food production.

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one or two tablets per day, swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What are the benefits of taking a multivitamin?

A multivitamin is an ideal solution if you’re unsure what nutrients your body needs as they contain different types of vitamins in one tablet. Although supplements should never be used in place of a healthy, balanced diet, they can support you if you’ve realised you’re lacking in certain nutrients and you’re working on making positive changes to your diet.

When should this product not be used?

Hashmats A-Z Multivitamins will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects?

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking this supplement. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately.

If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
