What are Floradix Tablets?
Floradix Tablets are daily iron and vitamin supplements which help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. They can be taken by anyone from the age of 3 and over, making them the perfect iron supplement for the whole family. These tablets are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, and lactose, and are vegetarian-friendly.
How can these iron tablets help with my fatigue?
Floradix Tablets contain iron which helps to encourage red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, especially when supported by vitamins B6 and B12. Meanwhile vitamins B2, B6, B12, and C work with the natural iron in these tablets to contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How often should I take these tablets?
For best results, take these tablets on an empty stomach, either 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal. Take tablets with a glass of water or another cold drink. Use the following doses:
- Adults and children over the age of 12: Take 1 tablet twice a day
- Children aged between 3 – 12: take one tablet a day
When should Floradix Tablets not be used?
Floradix Tablets should not be taken by children under the age of 3. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to yeast, maize, or any of the other listed ingredients. This product is a food supplement and should not be taken as a substitute for a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not take more than recommended by the manufacturer. How to store this product
