What is E45 Psoriasis Cream

E45 Psoriasis Cream is a steroid-free treatment for uncomfortable symptoms of Psoriasis. The caring cream formula helps by reducing scaling, itching, redness and hardening of the skin. It hydrates the skin and calms irritation to help your skin to feel more comfortable. E45 Psoriasis helps to strengthen the skin barrier to prevent infection and helps to controls the production of skin cells. What is Psoriasis?

Psoriasis is a dry skin condition that can cause a range of different symptoms that can vary in severity. Symptoms that can be caused by Psoriasis include:

  • Dryness 
  • Cracked skin
  • Blisters 
  • Redness
  • Bleeding skin
  • Itching skin
  • Pain
  • Skin build-up
  • Glazed skin

 

Psoriasis symptoms can vary with some people only experiencing isolated areas of skin that are affected and others experiencing it on many parts of the body. Severity of symptoms can also vary, with periods when symptoms are mild followed by periods when symptoms are more severe - this is known as a flare-up.  Psoriasis can be a genetic condition, but there are also many factors that can trigger the condition, such as:

  • Some medications
  • Injury
  • Lifestyle choices
  • Stress
  • Weather

How can E45 help to treat symptoms of Psoriasis?

E45 helps to treat symptoms of Psoriasis by softening the skin and reducing inflammation. It contains the active ingredient Ectoin which helps to stabilise and calm the skin. It helps to reduce the roughness, itching and scaling by moisturising the skin and preventing it from drying out. E45 Psoriasis cream can help to calm irritated and damaged skin to help you feel more comfortable and to help manage symptoms. 

How to use this product

This product is suitable for external use only. Gently massage the cream into your skin 3 times a day or as often a needed. If your symptoms do not improve even after long-term treatment, discontinue use and consult your doctor or a Chemist4U pharmacist. 

 

When NOT to use E45 Psoriasis

Do NOT use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredients tab for full list). Keep this product out of the reach of children. Do NOT share this product with other people. Do NOT smoke or go near naked flames, as this product can increase the risk of burns. If you experience any irritation or discomfort as a result of using this product, discontinue use immediately.
