What is Clearasil Rapid Action Scrub?
Clearasil Rapid Action Scrub is a cleansing facial scrub that exfoliates your skin while fighting spot breakouts. It clears dirt and skin build up to clear your pores as the formula continues to work on your skin, giving you visibly clearer skin as fast as 12 hours.
What causes breakouts?
You get spots and break outs when your pores are blocked by bacteria, oils, or dead skin cells. This build up in your pores can cause breakouts of blackheads and whiteheads. Some of the most common reasons why you’ll experience breakouts include:
- Hormonal changes, e.g. during pregnancy, puberty, or your period
- Some medications
- Using some skincare products, especially those which are harsh on the skin
- Smoking
- Putting regular pressure on the skin, for example, when you wear a headband or a bag with a shoulder strap, like a backpack

Clearasil Rapid Action Scrub uses exfoliating beads to clear build ups of dead skin cells, oils, and bacteria from your face. This helps to keep your skin clear and prevent spots and breakouts. The ingredients continue to work on your skin long after you’ve rinsed, and can give you visibly clearer skin in as quickly as 12 hours.
How to use this facial scrub
Squeeze a little Clearasil scrub into your hands and apply to wet skin. Gently massage into your face, taking care to avoid your eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water and gently pat dry with a clean towel. Do this every morning and evening for best results. Wash your hands after use.
When should this product not be used?
Do not use Clearasil Rapid Action Scrub if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist if necessary. For external use only, keep out of contact with eyes, mouth, and other sensitive areas.
How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
