How to take Centrum Advance
Take 1 Centrum Advance tablet every day with a sip of water. For best results, take with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Centrum Advance not be used?
Centrum Advance multivitamins are not suitable for use by children under the age of 11. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a balanced and healthy diet.
