Centrum Advance 50+ multivitamins contain vitamins B12 and B1, which is also known as Thiamin. These vitamins work unlock energy from your diet, supporting your vitality. Calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin K support your bone strength, while vitamin C helps to maintain the function of your immune system. How to take Centrum Advance 50+ tablets

Take 1 Centrum Advance 50+ multivitamin tablet every day. Take with a sip of water or another cold drink, for best results take with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

 

When should Centrum Advance 50+ not be used?

Centrum Advance 50+ multivitamins are not suitable for children. They contain iron which can be harmful to children when taken in high doses. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a replacement for a healthy and balanced diet. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medications, or have an underlying health condition.
