What are Carnation Callous Caps?

Carnation Callous Caps are a convenient self-adhesive callous treatment that contain Salicylic Acid for clinically proven relief and removal of painful calluses.

What are Calluses?

Calluses are rough, hard patches of skin that can be yellowish in colour. Calluses are made up of thick, hardened layers of skin that form to protect your skin from excessive pressure or friction. They often develop on hands and feet and can cause quite a bit of discomfort, as well as looking unsightly.

How do Carnation Callous Caps work?

Carnation Callous Caps are an effective callous remover as well as providing relief from calluses. Carnation Callous Caps are made up of a large, soft, felt ring to relieve pressure on the callous combined with Salicylic Acid which loosens hard skin for a clean removal.

How to use Carnation Callous Caps.

Ensure the affected area is clean and dry. Remove the backing paper from the Carnation Callous Cap and position the felt ring over the callous. Press firmly to the skin. If applied correctly, the Carnation Callous Cap should not slip or move. Remove the Carnation Callous Cap after three days and clean away any loose skin. Apply 1 Carnation Callous Cap every 3 days for 6 days. Do NOT use Carnation Callous Caps for longer than 2 consecutive weeks.

When should Carnation Callous Caps NOT be used?

Carnation Callous Caps are not suitable for use by children under the age of 16. Always check the expiry date before using Carnation Callous Caps.

Do NOT use Carnation Callous Caps if:

  • You are diabetic.
  • You are using other medicated products to treat the callous.
  • The skin close to the callous is inflamed or broken.
  • If you are allergic to peanuts or soya.

Seek medical advice from your GP or a Chemist 4 U pharmacist if you are pregnant or suffer from a circulatory disorder before you use Carnation Callous Caps.

Carnation 2 Callous Caps Reviews

Definitely better than the corn caps by the same brand. These cover a much larger area (about 4 times bigger). I’m prone to corns and callouses on my feet (blame very high arches causing too much pressure on certain areas) and now I’ve discovered these it’s a game changer! They sort-of sting a little tiny bit while they’re working (be sure to follow the instructions to the letter), but the results are worth it
