Tena Flex Maxi is breathable, belted underwear designed to help you to manage urinary incontinence. Will this incontinence underwear fit me?

These Tena Flex Maxi pants are size medium, which means that they’re perfect for those with a hip size of 105 – 153m. This is the same as 41 – 60 inches. These pads are unisex and are also available in sizes small, medium, and large.

How to use Tena Flex underwear

When you use your Tena Flex underwear you need to be sure that they’re fitted correctly:

• First, open the underwear up entirely, then fold lengthways to make a bowl shape
• With the pad at the back, slide the belt around the hips and secure at the front using the tabs provided
• Pull the pad between the legs until the tabs on the pad reach the belt. Then stretch the front of the pad up towards the waist and out at the side. Attach the pad to the belt gently yet firmly
• Double check that the tabs are securely in place and that the pad fits closely.
