Calogen Extra contains a range of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs every day. A 30ml serving of this product contains 120 calories, 1.5g of protein, 1.4g of carbohydrates, and 12.1g of fat. It also includes the following vitamins and minerals:
- Vitamin A – 6.3mcg RE
- Vitamin C – 9mg
- Iron – 0.9mg
- Calcium – 67mg (mmol)
- Zinc – 1.1mg

How to take Calogen Extra
Shake bottle well before opening. Your dietician, doctor, or another medical professional should decide your daily dosage; however, the recommended daily dose is 4 x 30ml every day unless told otherwise. You can take Calogen Extra diluted or undiluted, either on its own or mixed into other foods. Children under the age of 5 may need this product to be diluted for them.
When should Calogen Extra not be used?
This product is for medical purposes and should only be used under strict medical supervision. Calogen Extra is not suitable for use by children under the age of 3. Do not use this product as a sole source of nutrition, it is designed to supplement the normal diet. This product is not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying medical condition.
