How to use this sun spray

Rub in thoroughly, let it dry, then reapply to make sure that you have enough coverage and haven’t missed any areas. Reapply as needed, especially after swimming, towelling dry, or sweating a lot.

What else should I do to protect from sun damage?

If you want to avoid sun damage, then try to avoid being in the sun when it’s at its peak, which is usually between the hours of 11AM – 3PM. Always remember to keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. You and your child should wear protective clothing, like hats, sunglasses, and t-shirts when out in the sun to prevent over exposure.
